The Club One (SA) Limited Board

The Club One (SA) Limited Board consists of seven persons.

Four are nominees of the peak bodies in the club industry - two nominees of the Licensed Clubs’ Association of SA (Clubs SA), one nominee of Sport SA and one nominee of the South Australian National Football League Licensed Club.

The remaining three are independents who are appointed by the first four.

The Chair is appointed from the independents.

Independent - A lawyer with at least three years standing with experience in the club and gaming industry

Dwayne Jones
Independent - A qualified accountant of at least three years standing with experience in the club and gaming industry

Andrew Clarke
Independent - A person with experience in dealing with issues of problem gambling and gambling addiction

Stanley "Jim" Owens
Nominee of South Australian National Football league

John Dicker
Nominee of Sport SA

Cameron Taylor
Nominee of Licensed Clubs Association of SA.

Robert "Bob" Raphael
Nominee of Licensed Clubs Association of SA.

Michael Keenan is Club One’s Executive Officer.
The Board meets monthly.
